I am originally from Washington, DC and I received my B.A. in Art and Design from the University of Maryland. I have continued painting and have recently shown my work at Artists' Cooperative Gallery of Westerly, Imago Gallery, the Providence Art Club, The Artomatic in Crystal City, The Loft Gallery in Occoquan, Virginia, 202 Market Gallery in Roanoke, Virginia, Hayloft Gallery in Floyd, Virginia, and the Frederick Gallery in Fredericksburg, Virginia. I currently live with my family in Providence, Rhode Island.

I consider myself an abstract painter of the natural world and my own life experiences. In my work, I strive to create an ordinary landscape, then transform it to a new vision using texture and movement.
